The following are some of the typical functions we perform:

In Condominium management

• We will collect and deposit all monthly assessment payments.
• Send invoices detailing all charges to every owner.
• Apply unit-owner payments and maintain real-time balance
  information available to unit owners at their request
  via e-mail.
• Pay all monthly property expenses (Utilities, Insurance, etc).
• Maintain payment records of all property expenses.
• Prepare monthly financial reports including financial
  statements. Detailed expense reports and unit owner balance
  reports.
• Send statements to unit-owners with past-due balances.
• Assist in collection of rent and maintance fee.
• Coordinate regular and special repair and maintenance
  services (Janitorial, Landscaping, Aor Conditioning, Plumbing,
  Pool, etc).
• Attend board meeting (monthly, quarterly or annually).
• Our Property Management fees are very reasonable, and we
  offer special rates for owners of multiple property.

3-8 Units Per Property ………..$ 400.00 per month
9 Units and Over …………….....$ 600.00* per month

In Rentals
If you are looking to rent a house, condo, apartment, we will put you in contact with our expert property manager to see what we have available.

Our monthly fee structure is based on a percentage of the monthly gross rent.

• 1-4 units: 11%
• 5-7 units: 10.5%
• 8-10 units: 10%

Consulting
Our hourly rates are from $ 20.00/hour to a maximum of
$ 30.00/hour.
